Please confirm your venue can provide the following by checking off each item.

Venue Liaison will be at the venue for the arrival of the Performer and Stage Manager.

Venue Liaison will show the Stage Manager how to operate the lights. (Lights will be on while the audience enters and exits. During the show they will be dimmed or off.)

Venue Liaison will show the Stage Manager which electrical outlets they can use. (We require at least two outlets, one on either side of the performance space.)

Amplification - Many venues opt to put an over-the-ear or clip-on mic on the actor to help patrons who are hard of hearing. If you are interested in this, you will need to provide the mic, and a sound technician who is available at least an hour before the show to check the mic levels. *
